DR. MS BHAVE, ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF HISTORY in her introductory address informed the students the importance of Human Rights in day to day life and especially for girls and women. Our college is catering the need of women to come to main stream of society. Girls and women are backbone and pillar of society and nation. They are not aware of the human rights granted them by government or already existed in society. She thanks the EIP India for arranging sch important training in our college. She also thanks EIP-Geneva, Switzerland for taking Human Rights in developing county like India.

DR. BALKRISHNA KURVEY OF EIP-INDIA . introduce the topic of Human Rights and its important. Near about 52% population of India consist of female. Women are most neglected part of society and sometime they are treated as second class citizen. They are most disadvantage .lot in main stream of society It is due to their backwardness in education. But at present, girls are taking active part in education in every faculties and shown their hard work and brilliance. Girls and women are .exploited in every field. This happened as they are not aware of the human Rights granted them by constitution. To know our self human rights is way towards progress. EIP India with guidance from EIP-International. Geneva spreading the Human Rights its importance in the world.

India is progressing very fast but without observance of Human Rights development is not possible. Human rights is pre-requisite for peace, development and democracy.. Dr. Kurvey urge the girls students to know their human rights . He said, EIP-India will be arranging series of EIP training . in their college to train as many students as possible.

DR. DIXIT PRINCIPAL OF COLLEGE OF WOMEN FOR ARTS AND COMMERCE, said that India is largest democracy in the world and progressing very fast but Human Rights are violated in day to day life and mostly of girls and women by government or private entities. This happened as they are not aware of their Human Rights and government mechanism to help them for safeguarding their Human Rights. Dr. Dixit thanks Dr. Kurvey of EIP-India ofr for arranging such importance training for their girls students. He urge him to arrange maximum training sessions to educate maximum girls. He thanks EIP-International Geneva for taking such noble cause to spread the message and knowledge of Human Rights in all over the world and especially in developing country like India.
