In Canada the army recruits in schools

With the excuse of the celebration of its hundreth anniversary, the Canadian marine has prepared some pedagogical material aimed at recruiting children. Thus, starting from kindergarten, kids will be able to learn about the virtues of Her Majesty’s fleet, visit battleships and be initiated to the professions related to this.

 

Moreover, Le Devoir tells us that, during the events connected with the centenary, children between the ages of 9 to 13 are encouraged to swell the ranks of cadets of the naval League where they will wear military uniforms and take part to activities on military bases. More
